In late December 2008 and over New Year the Congregations of Tasmania and Goulburn gathered for a time of reflection, discussion, discernment and prayer. This was held at MacKillop House in Lyneham, ACT., and was their second such conference (the first being in Tasmania at the end of 2007).
The Conference was aptly titled ‘A New Day’ and the significant outcome was a unanimous recommendation for the two Congregations to become one and together find new ways of being Josephite.
