JJG expands to include members from all Australian and New Zealand Josephite Groups.

It was with great enthusiasm that twelve Josephites representing the Federation and Central Sisters across Australia and New Zealand, met at North Sydney, on August 21st 2007.  The Josephite Journeying Group (JJG) enjoyed a day of conversation, story telling, planning, connecting, and re-connecting.  Members readily embraced their task of becoming a forum within the Josephite family committed to deepening relationships among Sisters whose lives are grounded in the charism of Julian Woods and Mary MacKillop.

The group is planning a series of Retreat experiences to begin in the second half of 2008.  These gatherings will bring together Federation and Central Josephites from across Australia and New Zealand and will be unique opportunities for Sisters to connect with each other and with the shared and diverse stories that have shaped them in the past and hold wisdom yet untapped to nourish their futures.
